Rochelle, what do you do when you’re not working on bakery orders? This. Spend time with my family on the farm!

Yesterday morning was spent filling a bakery order, but the afternoon consisted of climbing the grain bin (and holding on for dear life - heights, anyone?), watching my boys climb dirt piles and make grass bracelets, watching the semis fill up and haul corn to the elevator, and getting the planter back out in the field. And no day looks the same! 🌽 🚜

This lifestyle is why I get to do what I do! I am so grateful to my husband and my brother and father-in-law for taking the boys with them often. Some days I can hardly get them to step foot back in the house - they love the farm!

This 4-character cookie cake was a beast! Here are some stats for you:

•32 sticks of butter (16 in cookies and 16 in buttercream frosting)
•16 eggs
•6 1/2 lbs of flour
•6 lbs of chocolate chips
•Approximately 22-24 lbs of cookie dough
•Approximately 9 1/2 lbs of buttercream frosting
•3 feet in length when cookies are side-by-side
•10 hours of work!

Yep - your local bakery owners are pouring 10 hours of love and hard work into these cakes for you! And it is SO much fun! 🤩
