It's after Labor Day, so we're calling it Fall. Starting now and until September 19th, call in and order a half hog to get you through as much of the season as you need it to. $320/half hog.

Call us at (320)587-2622 and be ready to answer these questions:

1. Half or whole hog?
2. Name and phone number?
3. The thickness and quantity per package for the steaks and chops (standard thickness is 3/4in).
4. What size and how many per package for the following: Roasts? Bacon (fresh or smoked)? Hams (fresh or smoked)? Hocks (fresh or smoked)?
5. Ribs, yes or no?
6. Liver, yes or no?
7. Trim will go into bulk ground pork or breakfast sausage, and packaged in 1 # packages unless otherwise stated. Extra charge for breakfast links ($4.99lb), Smoked Country Sausage ($3.49lb), Fresh Brats ($2.99lb), Fresh Yard Sausage ($2.79lb).

Order now until September 19th, we will call you when it's ready. Timely pickup requested.😬

Good Tuesday morning, everybody! This week starting today, we are running TWO sales!

The first is a 25 # ground meat package including everything you see below for $149.99. The second is a 50 # pork pack for $299.99.

Give us a call at (320)587-2622 to order yours. Sale begins at 9am today (Tuesday) and goes through 3pm on Saturday, August 22nd. When you call, just let us know the following:

Ground Meat Package: Do you want hot OR mild Italian sausage? Everything in this package will be wrapped and frozen in 1 # packs.

Pork Package: Do you want pork roasts OR Country style ribs? And how many per package for each item? Roasts are about 2.5lbs each, country ribs about a pound.

Good Friday morning everybody! This weekend starting today at 9am through Saturday at 3pm, we are having a sale on lobster tails. Buy two, get one free! No other purchase necessary, discount applied to the lowest retail price (they're all very similar in size.) We also have three frozen discounted date night packs on sale for 20% off. And looky here, they contain two lobster tails. You know what time it is!!! Free lobster tail!

I've also cut some special packs of sirloin baseball steaks, they're large and in charge, and there are only three vacuum-sealed packs available until gone. So, stop in today or tomorrow, but don't wait, once these are all gone, this post goes down.

EDIT: We are already done to one date night pack.

We know, it's not a huge discount, but if you already planned on coming to order a 50lb ground beef pack, money is money. We have four-fifty pound boxes ready to go, wrapped in one pound packages. Must pick up today. Bring cash or check to save a little on card fees.

So, so many people have asked for this, and we have finally budged. We now have flank steaks available in our display case. These are tenderized and sealed. Tomorrow I'll cut a batch amd not tenderize them, specifically for marinating. If you like, I'd be happy to share my London Broil recipe, just ask.
