ooooh...it's a beautiful day here in Colorado! Time to get outside in the sun and the go and get ya some yummies at Mary's Market. There are Red Velvet, Salted Caramel, lemon bars and raspberry crumble bars. Tomorrow? Well that would be Dirt-n-worms, chocolate raspberry, and cookied and cream...YUM!

There will be some special treats for St. Patty's Day at the market this weekend...Irish Car Bomb Cupcakes! Chocolate stout/ Guiness cake with Irish whiskey chocolate ganache filling and topped off with a Bailey's buttercream frosting. Seriously one of the best cupcakes we make!! So I have finished deliveries for the day....whew!! Thank you all for the love and support this Valentine's Day!! There are still plenty of the little darlings made fresh this morning and available at Mary's Market...there are even some sweet little boxes already made up!! Also, made an amazing gluten free chocolate espresso cake with a Bailey's buttercream filling...I will post a picture of that!!!

Whew!!! we did it!! We made about 500 cupcakes this weekend and have LOVED hearing how much people liked having them at their parties! I am so greatful for all the support in our community!!
