Our spring planted peas were ready to pick this weekend. There will be more, but this first batch is so good! The color is perfect! Can’t wait for a crisp salad with some garden fresh sweet peas! 🫛🥗
Steps:
Picked, shelled, blanched, dried, bagged for the freezer

Well, we were a little late to the soil this season. But there’s still lots of growing season between now and September.
This year we decided to try plastic on the flat gardening to help control weeds.
Its our first time trying this! Have you had any success doing this? We would love to hear about your experience.
