Palette Gourmet Palette Gourmet... color for the culinary artist. Right now it remains a dream, as it has been for the last two decades or so (since we lived up-North.)

The idea is to eventually have a small brick and mortar storefront in the Imperial Valley, for hard to find artisan goods and specialty tools. Our first-step was to launch Facebook (which you are all part of. Thank you.) With enough interest, an ecommerce site could be next - with a direct, word-of-mouth sales and/or bartering component for local and regional handcrafted products. We want to bring

our community together, to be its palette. If you know people who are culinary artists, produce specialty goods, grow organic produce, love to entertain, or something related, please have them contact me. Crafts are welcome, but they have to be related to food in some way. Let's create!

Our staff and the National Guard endure the heat of 100+ degrees to continue to serve our community. 321 families served in 1.5 hours this morning, many for their first time.
