Traditional flavor LM jerky; buffalo pink oyster jerky. We are Cosmic Mushrooms! We sell organic culinary + gourmet mushrooms and grow supplies in the KC metro area. Our current available mushrooms are lion's mane, pink oyster, blue oyster, king oyster, and chestnut. Our mushrooms are grown using all organic materials and filtered water (even our humidifiers use filtered water). Our supplies available include Master's Mix substrate bags, oat spawn, and liquid culture.

Update - If you are interested in mushrooms for a specific time frame please contact us about 4 weeks ahead of time to ensure we will have some ready for you. Please specify which type of mushroom you are looking for (pink/blue/King oysters, lions mane) and how much you are needing. We have adjusted our supply due to decrease in demand and pursuing other ventures so we do not have as much cycling through each week. Pop up sales will still be posted on our FB page when available :) Thank you for all your support!

SWIPE to see how HUGE these King Oyster (aka King Trumpet) mushrooms are!! 🤯 These are meaty in texture and have a delicious flavor! We love sautéing these with greens and eggs for breakfast, making taco/burrito filling, and using these in our mushroom/bean burger recipe. We are now playing around with dehydrating them! Sweet Greens Vegan has some recipes on her Instagram and YouTube channel (Shakayla Felice on YouTube) using these mushrooms to make "scallops"! Check her out and give her a follow! 👍🏻
