Our passion for great food and love of being adventurous both with our travel and wanting to try so many cultures foods has brought us here. I am a first generation Scot and have lived in the USA for 33 years my partner Judy is a first generation Slovak and has live here for 22 years. We love our country and its ability to be a melting pot of so many cultures. We also love great food and after 33

years in the food industry both in restaurants and specialty meat plants I realized that we need to have access to restaurant quality product and expertise for home use. Judy has always cooked great food at home but complained that she could never get the quality she wanted. We are not a big operation but we hope you will see that our focus on quality and service comes from the heart and we look forward to seeing you soon.
