Meet the Roaster: Mirra Coffee / Mirra Coffee

“Let it be bright, beautiful, true” is the mantra for founder Will Warren’s approach to sourcing and roasting, a similar ideal that we as a shop seek in brewing. We have partnered once again with Mirra to share their coffees with you as our 3 month roaster. For the next three months, enjoy their light roasts as prepared by our dedicated & passionate baristas.

Currently, we have Mirra’s washed Pacamara grown in Tanzania on both Pour Over and Espresso, reminding us of apple, dried fruits, and spices.

We are open Labor Day weekend but will be closed Labor Day Monday September 7th.

We are back to our regular hours starting Monday August 17th – closed Mondays and Tuesdays and open the rest of the week. Thank you for hanging out with us on Monday’s over the summer!

This upcoming week we have two delicious coffees on our Pour Over menu from Mexico via Texture Coffee & ambersonroasting, a captivating natural processed coffee from Thailand roasted by Newbery Street Coffee Roasters, and a washed anaerobic honey coffee from Ethiopia by our friends Black & White Coffee Roasters as espresso.

Now brewing / Deep Purple

Now on bar is one of our favorite coffees of the year that we roasted via Texture Coffee for our friend and colleague Danny with doble N and Y for the 2026 season of the U.S. Brewer’s Cup. Danny advanced to the finals with this coffee, placing among the Top 6 best brewers in the country. We are honored to be able to share this coffee in Indianapolis!

Deep Purple is an anaerobic natural Bourbon grown and produced by Jamison Savage at 2000 masl at FINCA DEBORAH in Chiriqui, Panama. For service, we are brewing this coffee on the Origami Air S. This coffee is bursting with notes of stonefruit and spices, reminding us of black cherry, cinnamon, and sangria.

Meet the Roaster: Newbery Street Coffee / Newbery Street Coffee Roasters

One of the wonderful things about coffee competitions are the relationships we have been able to make & nurture with other passionate individuals who are leading the way in their own communities.

Led by friend & colleague and 3-time US Brewer’s Cup Finalist Pack Katisomsakul (Pack Katisomsakul), Newbery Street seeks to discover the stories behind each cup of coffee, with a special focus on Thai-grown coffees.

We are so excited and honored to share Newbery Street with our community!

Currently, we are showcasing a washed Catuai, Chiang Mai, & SJ133 varietal as Pour Over, reminding us of lemon, black tea, and molasses. We will soon also be featuring a natural-processed coffee from Thailand on Pour Over, as well as a blend of Brazilian & Thai coffees on espresso.
