I can make pretty much whatever you want to order, from regular vanilla or marble cake, to chocolate chip cookies & strawberry cheesecake... even dog treats! But if you're looking for something a little less ordinary, check out my specialty flavors:

Cakes & Cupcakes:
-S'mores: chocolate cake with chocolate filling, marshmallow cream icing & sprinkled with graham cracker crumbs
-Pumpkin Ginger: pu

mpkin & ginger cake with cream cheese icing, garnished with a sprinkle of crystalized ginger & glazed walnuts.
-Turtle: chocolate cake filled with caramel, topped with chocolate icing & caramel drizzle, sprinkled with chopped pecans.
-Rainbow Tye-Dye: vanilla cake dyed & swirled to create a marble effect. Spray food coloring on vanilla icing makes a rainbow!
-PB&J: white cake with jelly filling & PB icing, sprinkled with chopped peanuts.
-Peanut Butter Cup: chocolate cake with PB icing, drizzled with chocolate & topped with a mini reeces cup.
-Momma Theresa: PB cake with PB filling, cream cheese icing & a PB ganache drizzle.-Lemony Goodness: butter cake with lemon glaze & just a touch of vanilla icing. Cookies:
-Cinnamon-Roll: sugar cookie rolled with brown sugar & cinnamon, topped with a drizzle of cream cheese icing.
-Cranberry: oatmeal cookies with cranberries, walnuts, & white chocolate.
-Oatmeal Scotchies: oatmeal cookie with butterscotch chips
-Hot Cocoa: Chocolate chunk cookie topped with toasted marshmallows & melted peppermint chunks.
-Creamy Peanut Butter: PB cookie made with honey & brown sugar- the perfect balance between crispy & chewy!
-Chunky Peanut Butter: PB cookie topped with chopped peanuts. Brownies & Bars:
-S'mores: brownies with graham cracker crust, topped with marshmallow cream icing & chocolate swirl
-Turtle: caramel swirl brownie topped with chopped pecans
-Ebony & Ivory: dark chocolate brownie with white chocolate chips
-Lemon Swirl Bars: lemon bars with raspberry or blueberry swirl
-Rice Treats: crispy rice cereal & melted mini marshmallows- order vegetarian to be made with marshmallow cream instead (no gelatin)

Pies & Cheesecakes:
-Sugar Cream Pie: on pie crust, topped with butter & cinnamon sugar.
-Turtle Cheesecake: chocolate cheesecake over a layer of caramel & chopped pecans on top of a graham cracker crust. Topped with chocolate ganache, caramel, and pecans

Since I make almost everything from scratch, it is easy to accommodate special dietary needs like: glucose-free, eggless, diabetic, organic, vegan, low-sodium, low-fat, etc.
