Metta Gardens Metta Gardens We make raw fermented foods including sauerkraut, kimchi, sambal. We make spicy pickles with our sambal. (occasionally other fun stuff).

We also make various sourdough baked breads and also sourdough English muffins, etc. As well, we have a nice romesco sauce...not fermented but is great used as a spread/dip or tossed with pasta or used as a marinade for shrimp/fish/chicken.

Unfortunately, the Greenwood Indiana Farmers Market final market of the season has been canceled due to a church event.
However, to anyone interested, we will return to Woolery Mill/ Bloomington Winter Farmers Market for the full season beginning tomorrow. YAY!
