Welcome to Don’s!
Don has been a meat cutter for over 40 yrs and decided to open his own shop. With the help of his wife Betty and daughter Lynn, he finally made his dream a reality!
We only deal USDA Choice beef from all over the Midwest: Indiana, Illinois and Ohio. We do all of our own cutting and grinding in house. The ground beef is made fresh every morning and anything left from the previous day is discounted and put in our back freezer. The ground beef is exactly what is says it is and nothing else, we NEVER add fat to our grinds.
All of our pork comes from a local farm in New Delphi, Indiana. Except for our cured/smoked products, we do all the cutting and grinding as well. We make our own sausage mixes by cutting the shoulders and loin ends, adding our spices and then doing the grinding.
