Hello! Welcome to Sprout And Crumb Farm. Emily and I (Scott) just purchased the farm in the fall of 2025 and have been working hard on planning and planting. We are growing many fresh cut flowers in our field. We have dahlias, zinnias, stock, snapdragon, cosmos, statice, and many more. Our stock are currently blooming and we should see many more in the next few weeks.

We have a large cold storage cooler in the old granary of our barn to keep our blooms fresh. We will be harvesting daily and keep our page updated with the latest inventory. Good morning everyone! Emily and I have been talking about the markets. We are asking for some feedback on what everyone is looking for or would like to see us offer each week for the baked goods. We will have flowers flowing in soon for the rest of the season which is awesome. Please comment or even send us a message about items you would like to see us offer. Remember she makes some amazing gluten and dairy free goodies.

We would really like to help grow our local farmer’s markets. We came over from the GR area and want to see our markets swarming with people like we always would see there.

Emily and I want to thank everyone that came out today in support of us and all the other vendors at the Ionia Farmers Market. We have some cookies left over and would love to get them out of here. We do not have a roadside stand but will be around the farm the rest of the weekend. Send us a message and if you would like to swing by and purchase some amazing cookies. They are all still very fresh!

We are excited to see everyone tomorrow at the Ionia Farmers Market from 10-2. Ionia Farmers Market thank you for having us this year. A little sneak peak. Our stocks are blooming!

We are prepping for the first market of the season. Come check us out this weekend at the Ionia Farmers Market from 10-2. Emily has a great menu for this week. We have everything up on the website as well. Come chat with us about the flowers. Our field is filling up. We have about 48 beds full and more to go. We will be opening up the farm in the next few weeks for the flowers!!

Midweek already, and we feel it. The last couple of days have been a grind. We prepped and planted the dahlias, sowed our first section of sunflowers and planted out some more seedlings. Our backs are sore but the rewards are worth it. We are excited to open up the farm soon!

Getting the Dahlias hardened off and ready for the field! Almost 600 beauties! We planted our cosmos, marigolds, zinnias, statice, strawflower, lavender, and more. Been a busy few days!

Introducing the Brookie Cookie to the lineup. This can be made dairy free. Emily is testing a gluten free option. Also a minor adjustment to the classic Chocolate Chip. The flavor has not changed. We will get this live on the site along with the entire menu in the next couple of days. One more thing. The gluten free milk bread is being tested right now. Tasted amazing today!

Hey All! We finally finished the Mother’s Day Sale on the website. This is limited to our Georgia browns, gluten free chocolate chip cookies, and either regular or dairy free cinnamon rolls. Orders would need to be placed by Thursday night and pick up will be at the farm on Saturday.
