Seasoned and seared bone in chicken breasts nestled inside a bed of sliced russet and sweet potatoes that were soaked in heavy cream infused with fresh herbs like tarragon, some Dijon mustard and I grated a nice Gruyère. Baked covered for thirty minutes then uncovered for remainder until done. I love this dish and we enjoyed it thoroughly with a bottle of Chenin Blanc from one of my favorite lines, Kumusha Wines from our friend Tinashe Nyamudoka!
