We are making a large batch of Italian turkey today. If your graduation party or Memorial Day planning has gotten away from you, let us know if we can help by packaging some larger quantity of turkey for you featuring Crispigna’s Italian sausage. We are open today until 5:30 and Saturday from 10 AM to 3 PM. We will be closed Sunday and Monday for Memorial Day. Have a safe weekend!

We use our mini meatballs in Italian wedding soup. I think it would be excellent in a lasagna soup, a lasagna or just with spaghetti and sauce.
