Joining Tim will be special guest Rachel Juhl with Essex Street Cheese Co. A portion of the proceeds from this month's cheese class will benefit the Daphne Zepos Teaching Award Scholarship. Y'all should go because the cheese from Essex rocks!! If you need that nudge, The Cheese Advocate will be donating $5 per lb of every lb sold all weekend at Star Provisions to The Daphne Zepos Teaching Award to help continue Daphne's work of cheesemonger education.
