Isanti custom meats came first, then Joeseph (owner), had dreams to open up a local retail shop that would satisfy the customers that weren't looking to buy a whole animal just to get a few steaks. We take pride in our customers and the people of Isanti that shop at our stores looking for good quality meat. We offer numerous salads made by Monica, our deli manager. Smoked products can be found as
well as an assortment of sausage links, brats, potato sausage, polish sausage, country, keilbasa, and many more made by Maxine our sausage manager. Last but not least we offer steaks, pork chops, chicken of all flavors and kinds. This section is run by Kim , our meat manger. In our freezers we carry specialty items, some cheeses, ribs, liver, gizzards, dog bones, pig ears, and bird suet. There is more as well but I fear you will just have to come see for yourself :)
Isanti custom meats across the street is a larger processing plant, taking in live animals. This is where you can purchase whole hogs, whole beef or just halves. Their number is 763-444-9502, if you are interested in purchasing, call them and they can help you with all your questions. One last thing. Catering. We offer catering services to ANYONE. Contact us with your information and the type of food you would like to have. We can run numbers for you, figure out the bill and the amount of food you will need per person.
