Simmons Seafood will be closed Tuesday, March 10 to honor the life of our patriarch,
Billy Simmons. He was the heart and soul of Simmons Seafood and Snowwis Properties but, most of all, was the rock of the Simmons Family. His influence on his family and community was immeasurable. The Old Man will truly missed by everyone around him.

Did you know we sell everything you need for a Lowcountry boil? We have our “starter packs” which is 3 # of smoked sausage, 6 cobettes of corn, and a pack of our Simmons Boil seasoning. We sell new potatoes to add separately, as we didn’t want to freeze them. Of course, we have fresh local jumbo shrimp to finish your boil off. We also sell the burners (pictured) and various sizes of pots.

We’ve been getting a lot of questions about our cast iron oyster grill pan from Bayou Classic. It holds one dozen single oysters and it makes it so easy to make Rockefeller. Here we have davisprivette2343 who in this case, used the grill. You can add breadcrumbs, cheese, and spinach. You can even leave them plain and add some hot sauce. The choices are endless.

We got a in bunch of Will’s favorite (and many customers’ favorite) fish in today. The one and only, Golden Tile. It’s a mild white fish that’s great on the grill or in the oven. Should have it for the next few days so come and get some while we have it!
