25 years ago, this morning was ordinary and quickly changed to be a date we will never forget. I had spent 3 weeks in DC that summer, and understood how one city with different views had come together. This summer I traveled back to DC to celebrate our 250 birthday, and again was reminded. May we never forget we may not always agree but by being a good neighbor, we will come together to love one another.

A walk in the patch last night, and an OG is back! Long Island Cheese is a light tan flat, that will make the perfect soup once your porch is finished with it. We have struggled to grow these and this year, we will have plenty! We are in full force pumpkin mode!

We are set up at Michigan State Fair!
This year we have 4 Bred and Own cattle Molly and Grady have to showcase. We are excited to be back showing cattle bred on our farm. But our favorite part of this show is we get to support our hog, sheep, beef and dairy friends!

Were off to Neverland today, with a new variety named just that, Neverland. Specialty pumpkins have become imaginations of breeding, and this cross of orange and blue, is just that. Ours are looking large enough to be placed at the bottom of your stack, others will be a good middle. I can't wait to see them next to the tan Tandy and Grizzlys, but they will look great next to your Cinderellas, whites, blues, and even yellows.
