We had an amazing opening day at the Breathitt Co. Farmers Market today. We appreciate everyone who came by to support us! We had 40 kids recieve kids vouchers to spend at our market today. It made our hearts happy and wanted to share the smiles. And its always good to visit with our seniors that come by. ❤️ We love our community and welcome you to be a part of it.

Planning to have peas, new potatoes, mustard, lettuce, kale, green onions, blueberries, broccoli, zucchini /squash, garlic, various plants, woodworking and quilted items and other crafts, jams and jellies, baked goodies and much more!!

Our vendors have been working hard all winter getting ready for our market season, so come on by and shop with us and visit awhile.

SR and KIDS vouchers available tomorrow.

We do accept cash, credit, and SNAP EBT.

We understand the struggle is real for everyone with prices going up on everything. We have a few ways to stretch your dollars at our market this year.

🥕 Kids $5 vouchers 18 and under starting 6/6.

🫑 Senior $5 Double Dollar vouchers. Get your card from the Breathitt County Extension Office and we will have the vouchers available this Saturday 6/6.

🌽WIC $5 Double Dollar vouchers. If you receive WIC you are eligible to recieve vouchers, bring your card to the market starting 6/6.

🫐 SNAP EBT Double Dollars We can double your funds on your EBT card up to $20. So for 20 on card you will have $40 to spend at the market.

We do accept cash, credit card, EBT/SNAP cards and SR and WIC cards.

We have some exciting news for our Farmers Market season!! We will have $5 vouchers for kids to spend at the market!!!

Bring any child 18 years and under to the market and they will recieve a $5 voucher. Limit one per child each market.

We are OPEN Saturdays 9am-1pm and Wednesday 3pm- 6pm every week. This Saturday June 6th is Opening Day of the season.

This week we are so grateful! Our Farmers Market was awarded a mini grant from the Breathitt County Community Foundation.

This grant will help with our operating costs and help fund our match funds for Kentucky Double Dollar incentive programs we administer for the community throughout the season.

We greatly appreciate the support from Breathitt County Community Foundation.

Supporting farmers, local foods, local artisans, and our community. ❤️❤️❤️
