Every morning starts the same way… coffee in hand and a walk through the garden to see what’s changed overnight. 🌿✨

A little introduction for those who are new here—I’m Christina. By day, I’m a full-time Radiology School Program Director, an Anatomy & Physiology instructor at our local community college, and most importantly, a mom to two amazing boys, ages 10 and almost 20.

In the early mornings, evenings, and weekends, you’ll find me growing flowers as an urban micro flower farmer, and set up at local farmers markets and events with my blooms. My garden isn’t always picture-perfect (and yes, it’s a little messy right now!), but it’s real, growing, and full of possibility. I’ll be spending the next few weeks getting everything cleaned up and thriving for the season ahead.

I truly love everything I do. Helping students learn, raising my boys, and growing beautiful flowers all fill my cup in different ways.

Thank you for following along on this journey. I’m excited to share the blooms, the lessons, the successes, and even the messy parts with you. 🌸💕

Three years ago, I planted these peonies with a little hope and a lot of patience. Last year, I transplanted them to a new spot — knowing that peonies often take a year or more to recover and bloom after being moved.

So imagine my surprise when I walked out to find several big, healthy buds already forming this spring. 🌸

Gardening always finds ways to remind me that growth happens on its own timeline — and sometimes you get rewarded when you least expect it.

Keep an eye out… these beauties will be making their way into my bouquets very soon. 💐
