Due to family matters that require us to travel out of town, AJ’s Kitchen will be closed from June 4 through June 8.

Good Morning, Marion County! 🚨

Unfortunately, we will be opening a little later than usual today. Due to our delivery van running behind schedule, AJ’s Kitchen will open at 8:00 AM this morning.

Well Marion County did it again! We were so busy this morning we didn’t even get a chance to post about it, but you all kept our omelettes flying off the grill! 🍳🔥

We learned real quick that the crowd favorites are definitely our Steak & Cheese Omelette and our Western Omelette! Packed with bold flavor, cooked fresh, and made to fill you up the right way! 😋

If you haven’t tried one of our omelettes yet, make sure you stop in for breakfast and give them a try. We’ve got plenty of options and they’re all made fresh to order!

And if you didn’t know… you can always request shredded hashbrowns! 🥔 We make them homemade right here in house!
