Tonight’s supper was all about bold flavors and simple ingredients.
Herb-rubbed, flame-grilled lamb chops brushed with Foodie Tasting Room Tuscan Herb Extra Virgin Olive Oil, served alongside seared Brussels sprouts and sliced purple onion, finished with crumbled blue cheese and a drizzle of Foodie Tasting Room Herbs de Naples Dark Balsamic Vinegar.
On the side, a vibrant arugula and spinach salad and one of my favorite additions—grilled grapes brushed with Foodie Tasting Room Maple Dark Balsamic. The heat caramelizes the natural sugars in the grapes, creating a sweet, smoky bite that pairs beautifully with the richness of the lamb.
