🥶 Too cold to grill? No problem! You can still enjoy perfectly cooked steak without stepping outside. Here are some easy indoor methods to cook your favorite steaks:

🍳 Pan-Sear & Oven Finish:

Season your steak generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a cast-iron skillet until very hot. Add a little oil and sear the steak for 2-3 minutes per side.
Transfer the skillet to a preheated oven (400°F) and roast for 5-7 minutes, depending on thickness and doneness.
🔥 Broil in the Oven:

Set your oven to broil.
Place your steak on a broiler pan or wire rack over a baking sheet.
Broil for 4-5 minutes per side for a perfectly cooked steak.
🍷 Pair it with your favorite sides—twice-baked potatoes, honey-glazed veggies, or even a fresh salad!
