lenders, Inc. is a family-owned and operated corporation based in Louisiana. Formed in February of 1972, the Company began blending spices for two accounts. Those same customers are still among our list of satisfied customers. The principles involved then were Ed, Sean, and Kim Brown. The weekly output of the garage sized plant would fit inside our large blender today. In 1974, the operation moved to a location on Freret Street in the Uptown district of New Orleans. It was in this 870 square foot plant where the customer list expanded. In a few short years Deep South Blenders outgrew that location and the search began for a larger facility. After several moves over the years, the company found its current home at 720 St. George Street in Jefferson, LA, just outside New Orleans. Deep South Blenders services an impressive list of customers, including franchises of national supermarkets, large independent supermarkets, some of New Orleans' most famous restaurants, industrial food manufacturers, celebrity chefs, and many others. Deep South Blenders is proud of its employees and the corporate reputation they have built. They continue to strive to always exceed customers' expectations for unparalleled quality and service. It’s crawfish season here in the south 🦞 so today we have our smoked crawfish boil sausage on the menu. Pork based sausage with Cajun Land Brand Seasonings boiled crawfish, corn, taters and chunks of garlic 🔥 we start slicing them up at 11:30 today. Full BBQ menu for lunch, hope to see y’all!

We’ll be handing out some of our new shrimp boil sausage tomorrow when we open at 11:30 for lunch. Pork based sausage with chunks of shrimp, garlic, taters & corn all boiled with Cajun Land Brand Seasonings. We made a very small test batch and I think it’s pretty damn good. Come out tomorrow for BBQ Friday lunch in Luling and let us know what ya think! BBQ Friday menu posted in our story. Thanks y’all!
