Elevate your Purim table with a flavor combo that feels gourmet but tastes like home. Apricot Goat Cheese Hamantaschen:
Dough:
• 2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp salt
• 1 tsp sugar
• ½ cup olive oil
• 2 eggs
• 2–3 tbsp cold water (as needed)
Filling:
• 1 tube of Natural & Kosher Goat Cheese
• Apricot Jam
1. Prepare Filling
In a blender, whip up the goat cheese.
2. Roll & Cut
Preheat oven to 350°F.
Roll dough to ⅛-inch thick.
Cut into 3-inch circles.
3. Fill & Shape
Add about 1/2 teaspoon of whipped goat cheese and ½ teaspoon of apricot jam to center.
Fold into triangle shape and pinch tightly to seal.
4. Bake
Bake 18–22 minutes until golden brown.
