I've been on a little health kick lately, and part of that is looking at what I eat and drink daily. For the most part, I eat plenty of fruits and veggies, some protein, and I'd be lying if I didn't say a heck of a lot of carbs. I've cut out juice and soda, but the one thing that I have every day, and can NOT live without is COFFEE, with some kind of deliciously flavored creamer (usually pumpkin spice). [ 528 more words. ]

Hey all! I'm on a lot of cake decorating forums and I noticed that a lot/almost all cake decorators make/use marshmallow fondant. If you have religious or dietary restrictions be sure to ask what type of fondant is used, if there is gelatin in any of the ingredients, or if extracts/flavorings with alcohol are used.
