You come in telling yourself: “Just grabbing something small.”

Next thing you know you’re walking out with:

🍪 one of Laura’s cookies “for later”
…and somehow dinner too.

Chef Laura Marie went all out for today’s dessert special.

Fresh Berry Génoise rolled, layered with whipped cream, strawberries, and blueberries, finished with a light cloud of cream and fresh berries throughout.

Soft, delicate sponge cake with just the right balance of sweetness and fresh fruit.

One of those desserts that feels just as much at home with an afternoon coffee as it does after a stacked sandwich.

🥎 TODAY AT THE SKI BOWL 🥎

Wylde & Young will be at the snack shack this afternoon supporting the Johnsburg/Minerva girls softball team — and we’d love to see the community come out and support the girls. ❤️

We’ll be serving starting at 5:30 PM before the game kicks off at 6:00 PM with:
🔥 Pulled Pork Sandwiches
🌮 Taquitos
🍪 Chef Laura Marie’s cookies

And most importantly… ALL proceeds from the snack shack will go directly to support the girls team.

And let’s be honest… not much is open around here on a Monday anyway 😅 so skip cooking tonight, come down to the game, grab some food, and support a great local cause.

Let’s pack the Ski Bowl and show these girls what this community is all about.

Tomorrow afternoon, Wylde & Young is heading to the Ski Bowl. 🥎🔥
Wylde & Young will be running the snack shack during the girls little league softball games to help raise money and support the team — and we want to bring the full Wylde & Young crowd with us.
We’ll be serving:
🔥 Pulled Pork Sandwiches
🌮 Taquitos
🍪 Chef Laura Marie’s fresh baked cookies

All to support the girls and a great local program right here in our community.
This is what small towns are all about… showing up, supporting each other, feeding people well, and making some noise for the next generation out there on the field.
So tomorrow, come hungry, bring the family, cheer the girls on, and help us turn the Ski Bowl into the place to be for the afternoon.
