We are grateful to everybody. We are headed into a new chapter in our lives and we want to welcome Jason and Amy Hurst and MasterfareCattle to the world of meat processing! The hanging weight 826 lb
The beef for each quarter is $1200.

Each quarter has
Cube steak, chuck roast, brisket, stew meat, sirloin steak, bone-in ribeye and ground beef....
One of the beef has bone-in T-Bones and the other quarter of a beef has boneless New York strip and fillet.
