81 Osborne Street Johnstown PA 15905 Our Windber location has been in operation since 1972.

Our Johnstown location began as a Quaker Market in the early 1960's and became a Gee Bee in the 1970's. In the 1980's the location was purchased by BiLo Foods and Riverside until 2008 when Randy Salem also purchased this store and it became Randy's BiLo. Orginally it was an A&P Market, after A&P pulled out of the area, it became a franchise store for Riverside Markets in 1979. In 1990 it became part of BiLo Foods until it was purchased in 2008 by Randy Salem, who renamed it Randy's BiLo.
