Had a fun day sponsoring the Longhorn Showdown Cook-off in Jones this weekend. On the plus side, we also get to judge some amazing food. They come up with some creative ways to use Blue & Gold Sausage in their recipes. Congrats to Lance Riggs from Longdale, OK for winning the Blue & Gold Sausage competition with his goat-cheese stuffed sausage Balls with pepper jelly and bacon. Yummy 😋
