We're putting the finishing touches on the Shoppe for Saturday's Northeast Tennessee Farm Tour!

Most of the year, our Shoppe is open by appointment only. But this Saturday, we'll be opening our doors and welcoming visitors from across the region.

Our daughters will be running the Shoppe, including the launch of Carolyn's Confections featuring homemade banana muffins and FARMfetti Crispy Cones.

You'll also find:

• Fresh eggs from our pasture-raised hens
• Small-batch old-fashioned lard soap made from our pasture-raised pigs
• Homegrown dried lavender bundles
• All-natural loofah sponges grown in our garden
• Information on reserving a pasture-raised Thanksgiving turkey

And while you're here, you'll have the opportunity to walk the farm, meet our goats, chickens, rabbits, and pigs, and learn more about how we raise food for our community.

We're just one of more than 20 farms participating in this year's Northeast Tennessee Farm Tour, making it a great opportunity to spend a day exploring local farms throughout the region.

Most people don't start thinking about Thanksgiving until fall.

Around here, Thanksgiving started weeks ago.
These turkey poults recently graduated from our garage brooders to their outdoor brooder shed, where they'll continue growing before eventually moving out onto pasture.

From there, they'll spend the season with plenty of space to move, forage, and enjoy fresh air and sunshine while being supplemented with a high-quality non-GMO feed.

We only raise a limited number of turkeys each year, and all of them are available by reservation only.

✔ Pickup in Jonesborough, TN the Sunday before Thanksgiving

Turkeys typically finish between 15–25 pounds and are $8/lb.

A $50 deposit reserves your bird and is applied toward your final total.

Eggs don’t just show up on a shelf here.

They come from hens that are rotated on pasture, moved regularly onto fresh ground, and fed a non-GMO diet.

That movement matters. It keeps the birds healthier, the ground cleaner, and the eggs coming from a system we can stand behind.
