The last garden chore of the year! Time to get these guys prepped and in the ground. Supposed to get our first snow on Monday. This is just one of 10 varieties I'm planting this year! 🧄❄️

And that's it for the 2025 garden! Someone is driving up from New York City tomorrow (4 hours away!) to pick up the last of the produce. Many thanks to the people and businesses who made this our best year yet. That includes American Hotel, Brimstone Bakery , Black Cat Café , Colleen's Creative Kitchen, and private clients like Sandy Hines and Cynthia Baylosis. My gratitude for your loyalty knows no bounds! I am already planning for next year, but first, a little rest for a bit!

This monster bottle of hot sauce is headed to the Norwich Fire Department in Norwich, NY as a gift. As an ER doctor, I see firsthand how incredible our firefighters, medics, and EMTs are. They deserve some extra love, and a different kind of heat in their lives! During the upcoming holiday season, and honestly, on every day of the year, they deserve a little extra care, consideration, and gratitude. Here's to all of our first responders. May you enjoy some beautiful spice in your life, and be safe out there!

Last of the tomatillos. These beauties will be frozen for winter. I love making roasted salsa verde when it's cold outside. The whole house smells amazing!

I'm so excited that some of these beautiful peppers will be flying out today! Thank you to Jacob, who ordered some from Washington state, and the rest are heading to Newburgh, New York. Fly high, babies! I will be offering more fresh peppers for sale by mail next year for sure.
