It's that time again! These gorgeous heirloom tomatoes are headed into the oven to roast on low for several hours to become the most incredible roasted tomato sauce. I then use it to make soups and stews and pasta all winter long. If anyone in the area needs tomatoes for fresh eating or for canning and making sauce, please reach out. We are harvesting about 800 pounds of produce a week right now! #@

How do you like to use your eggplant?

Holy moly!!! Biggest tomato I've ever grown at 2 lb 5.7 oz!! Shackleford Giant Pink in the lead for this year, but there are more monsters out there! Pulled this one at first blush to keep the critters from getting it. I'll try to post another pic when it is fully ripe.

Goodies from the garden today! No filter on these bad boys. Aren't they gorgeous?
