NEW SAUCE DROP: The return of CHOCOLATE HABANERO!

It's been 2 years since we've been able to grow a good crop of Jamacian Hot Chocolate Habaneros, and this year finally provided...a lot!

Blended with rich, savory, brown poblanos and sweet pomegranate juice, this sauce is one of the finest we make.

You got 3 days... starting at 10am today... to get down to the Eugene Saturday Market Holiday Market at the Lane County Fairgrounds and grab some before we go dark for a couple weeks. 10am-6pm on 12/22 and 12/23...10am-4pm on 12/24.

NEW SAUCE DROP!!! PEACH GHOST 👻

Incinerating heat from a mix of Peach Ghost, White Devils Tongue, and Moruga Scorpion peppers is enveloped by an infusion of Mild Yellow Habaneros, and finished with local Peach puree.

We're at the Eugene Saturday Market Holiday Market at the Lane County Fairgrounds today until 6pm, as well as the next two weekends.

A new batch of Cowboy Candy was finished this afternoon...sweet, sour, and super spicy!
