April 25th is ANZAC day in Australia 🇦🇺

This is a national day of remembrance in Australia, New Zealand and Tonga that broadly commemorates all Australians and New Zealanders who served and died in all wars, conflicts, and peacekeeping operations and the contribution and suffering of all those who have served. Anzac Day was originally devised to honour the members of the Australian and New Zealand Army Corps (ANZAC) who served in the Gallipoli campaign, their first engagement in the First World War (1914–1918).

Stop by and see us tomorrow at the Junction Area Farmers Market, have an ANZAC biscuit or two, maybe play a game of Two Up, and remember with us.

Good morning! ☔️ We aren’t able to be at the Junction Area Farmers Market today due to the weather. We have 9 vanilla slices and 13 packages of ANZAC biscuits. We also have frozen 4-packs of pork and beef sausage rolls. I can deliver to town if anyone wants one!

I also have 4 of these knitted bunnies if anyone needs something last minute for Easter baskets! 🧺🐰🐣

Seeking our customers opinion, please! We’re considering use of cookie jar for our ANZAC biscuits at the farmers market. They’d still be 2 for $5, but would come in a bag like the sausage rolls do, rather than the clear clamshell container we use now. What would you prefer?

We are back at the Junction City Park 9am - noon Saturday morning, with Pork sausage rolls, Beef sausage rolls, Anzac biscuits, Vanilla slice, knitted craft goods.

For people who want reheating instruction for Sausage rolls see below.

Reheating sausage rolls

Best Reheating Methods
Oven (Recommended): Preheat to 360F (fan forced) and bake for 10–15 minutes. Covering loosely with foil for the first 10 minutes can prevent over-browning.
Air Fryer: Heat at 360F for 8–12 minutes, turning halfway through.
From Frozen: If frozen, reheat in the oven at 360F for 15–20 minutes, or air fry for slightly longer.
Tips for Success
Avoid Microwaves: Microwaving makes the pastry soft and mushy.
Crispy Pastry: If they feel dry, lightly spray them with water or oil before heating to help rehydrate the pastry.
Safety: Ensure they are piping hot in the center before serving.
