Hello everyone 🙂 it has been a little while since I posted over here. As you all were informed a few months ago, I found a factory to distribute from. However, I was running into some issues with where I would be putting the brew once it’s bottled, as it needs to sit for a bit to ferment before it can be distributed. so, after searching around & throwing out a few lines—We secured a warehouse space in Jupiter by my house, & will be moving in sometime in February. In the meantime, I’m keepin the private reserve stocked weekly & giving samples to friends to try out 🙂 bottled & capped over 2 cases tonight for personal consumption- & I’ll brew 6-8 fresh gallons tomorrow for the private reserve 🙂 can’t live without my &

Update: Hello everyone:) I went to boca and took a tour of a commercial kitchen at a vegan food factory today. it looks very promising & absolutely doable , regarding setting up shop and brewing for distribution there.
I now have an idea of what supplies I’ll need for startup & what exactly I will be working with in regards to where exactly Ill be brewing & proper storage -
Aiming at moving into the factory within the next month or two 🙂
