Indigenious food on a mass scale "Kneel" Down Bread is the traditional bread of the Navajo's, a staple food derived from fresh corn.

In addition to being described as, "mealy, healthfully-earthy ‘Kneel-Down Bread’ wrapped and baked in corn husks", Kneel Down Bread is a healthy alternative to the more popular Fry Bread. Kaibeto Kneel Down Bread has been in operation since the summer of 2002, and only uses the best corn available. In 2007, KDB became available in limited quantities in the Valley of the Sun. 2010, KDB was shipped

out to customers in Gillette, WY and the big island of Hawaii. Kaibeto Kneel Down Bread is still going strong and going on its 13th year in 2015, making regular appearances with these delicious morsels of tradition during fair season at parades, ceremonials, Song and Dances, Pow Wows and flea markets across the reservation in Tuba City, Kayenta, Cross Roads, Shiprock, Gallup, Window Rock, and Leupp to name a few. Our customers are from all corners of the globe, Scotland, Japan, China, and England to name a few. Our local customers have come to know the unmistakable yellow banner and signs associated with our bread. FYI: Well be in phx on May 8th Friday with freshly made kneel down bread ( kdb is 5.00 and kdb w blood is 7.00 ) location at PMIC, Burrito Lane/ time well be updated exactly on Friday morning , we'll be traveling from page so please do be patient no holds n no delivers/ have an awesome day...TIA edit Saturday in luepp n Shiprock... edit.....arrival time 1200 noon at burrito lane pmic....
