For the FIRST TIME since we’ve opened our doors, we’re adding a brand-new item to the menu! 🎉 And we made it one worth getting excited about!

Meet Dr. John’s Brain Salad Surgery — a delicious, nutrient-packed salad thoughtfully crafted with ingredients that support brain health. And yes, it’s GLUTEN-FREE & DAIRY-FREE! 🌿

What’s in the bowl?
🐟 Zesty skipjack tuna salad - Omega-3s (DHA) support brain function and nerve signaling
🥑 Creamy avocado - Monounsaturated fats support healthy blood flow and brain health
🌰 Raw walnuts - Omega-3s and antioxidants support cognitive function
🍓 Fresh strawberries - Anthocyanins and vitamin C help protect brain cells and reduce inflammation
🌱 H**p hearts - Healthy fats, magnesium, and zinc support nerve function
🧅 Sweet onions - Flavonoid antioxidants help protect neurons
🥬 Fresh leafy greens - Folate, vitamin K, and nitrates support memory and healthy blood flow
🍋 House-made lemon vinaigrette -Olive oil polyphenols and oleocanthal support brain health, while lemon adds vitamin C

Good food. Good fats. Brain-loving nutrients. ❤️🧠

Happy National Coffee Day! ☕️🌺

Did you know we serve Cafe Du Monde because Taylor, co-owner of Poi Dog Deli, is originally from New Orleans, so we had to bring a little taste of home all the way to Hawaiʻi ⚜️➡️🌴

Whether you like it hot, iced, or paired with your favorite Poi Dog sandwich or even a double chocolate brownie, come get your caffeine fix with a little New Orleans flair🤙

New Orleans roots. Hawaiʻi vibes. Really good coffee.☕️

Happy !
