Many people have been raving about the freshly roasted porchetta sandwiches from .hi at the weekend markets. But I need to tell you about their NEW 1/2 chicken & veggies plate! They offer half a freshly roasted chicken and drizzle it with drippings…but the veggies!! Omg! Those have been roasting at the bottom of the pan under the porchetta & chicken drippings. They’re so so so so good and I wish they could sell me an extra container of that!
