I operate under the Missouri Cottage Food (SB 525) which allows production and sell of baked good out of an individual's home without being subject to the state health and food laws and regulations. That being said, I keep my home and my kitchen very clean and would never try to sell anything to someone that I, myself, would not be willing to consume.

e on payments and pickups but over the past couple of months, I have been burned on a couple of orders. Unfortunately, because of this, I am going to have to change my policy on placing orders and payments. From this point forward, all cake orders and requests for reservation of specific dates will require a deposit. Deposits can be mailed or dropped off but they must be received within 2 weeks of the date you have requested. I hate to have to do this but, because of the time I invest prepping for each order and the money I spend on supplies, I can no longer solely float the bill for orders that don’t get picked up, orders that aren’t paid in full, or payments that are not received in a timely manner. I appreciate each and every one of you who believe in my little business and those of you who come back time after time, occasion after occasion. My heart is always so full when I get to see the looks on your kiddos faces when they see the cake for their big day and love that you let me be a part of those very special celebrations years after year. I hope this isn’t a deal breaker for most of you and that we will continue our relationship…our friendship…for many years to come. 3/15/2017
