I am back from my last pregnancy & finally enjoying food and cooking again.

I have been thinking about doing some catering and meal prep again -------------

I will most likely be changing the business name but wanted to see what the interest would be and what kinds of meals you all are interested in.

I'm Katie - From 911 dispatcher that brought big pots of soup to my shifts, to SAR K9 Handler who loves arranging trainings that are also potlucks, to full time stay at home mom who still loves to cook for a lot of people. Feeding people real food has always brought me such joy !

I will be doing polls on my stories this week, deciding the first 3 casseroles on my permanent menu ( working on licensing & following my passion).

In case anyone needs visuals for this weeks dinners 🤎.
Both options are $30 but please let me know if you are dairy or gluten free and I will do my best to accommodate, usually $3-5 charge to cover the cost of special ingredients.

The Mexican rice is already GF and I can easily make DF by leaving off cheese and you can add yout own, or I can add some vegan cheese.

❣Fun Fact- I am dairy free, my husband is not. Anyone else have a "split house" and finding it hard to meal plan? I get it!!!

Thinking about how insanely blessed I am this morning. We have a life where my daughter feeds the chickens that lay her eggs, they eat THIS!
*All our leftover fruit ans vegetables from meal prep and snacking 🥰

The mountain view isn't exactly a bummer either!

Honestly I could eat an entire batch on my own, but I really shouldn't!
