Fried chicken thighs tossed in our sweet and spicy gochujang glaze, garnished with house pickled cucumbers, tuxedo sesame seeds and local micro cilantro from our friends Hope Harvest Farms . We have a couple new options for micros! We added rainbow and yellow swiss chard and leek microgreens. The swiss chard has a mellow, earthy flavor between spinach and beets. These would be a great addition to salads, sandwiches, smoothies or as a garnish! The leek micros are tender and crunchy and taste like onion. 🌱

Broccoli
Arugula
Spicy mustard
Speckled pea shoots
Red volcano and Sango purple radish

Our favorite to mix right now is pea shoots, arugula and radish. They are best mixed in salad or on sandwiches or wraps! 🥗 🥪 You can even add them to smoothies, or as a garnish on your favorite dish!
