It’s a little smokey but farmers market goes on. Tons of fresh produce and of coarse the best pork and beef. Come see us, we will be here until 12:30.

For those who haven’t driven by lately, there are big changes underway! We have officially embarked on a major building and renovation project.

Our current processing floor was built back in 1986 and has served us well for decades. While we’ve added retail and slaughter facilities over the years, the time has finally come to build a brand-new processing floor!

Along with the expansion, we are doing a complete renovation of our Retail Area so we can better display all the new products we’ve been making.

We are so excited for this next chapter and want to assure everyone that we plan on staying fully open during the entire construction process.

Happy 250th birthday America! Doing a quick check on the animals this morning and then we’re off to Farmers Market. If you need any last second Steaks, Hamburgers, or Brats will be there till 12:30, and then we are off to celebrate with friends and family. Happy 4th Everyone.
