Farms like Iott Seed Farms not only support our local economy, but also play a vital role in feeding communities far beyond our county. Growing, storing, and shipping millions of pounds of potatoes each year takes dedication, innovation, and strong relationships, all values we appreciate and support.

Our goal at Iott Seed Farms is to provide the best seed potatoes and service to all of the growers we work with. We value the close relationships we have with all of them. So we were honored to be named Frito-Lay Seed Supplier of the Year. Dennis and Dawn Iott accepted the award last week at Potato Expo 2026 in Dallas.
Iott Seed Farms grows about 27 million pounds of potatoes each year. We harvest them in the fall, store them all winter and then ship them to other growers, who plant them and grow potatoes to be used in the production of potato chips.
