Fresh batch of our homemade garlic Ring Bologna is headed to the shelf. Professionally made with quality beef and pork make this an awesome addition to any charcuterie board. Pairs super well with any of our smoked cheeses and a cold beer! One of my favorite snacks here in the shop.

Donā€™t let the cold weather get ya down, pick up some of these freshly smoked ā€œheat-n-eatā€ baby back ribs and bring back the summer time grillinā€™ vibes! Also a perfect meal for those Super Bowl parties especially because the cooking is done for you. Warm the ribs in the oven wrapped for 30 mins and chow down!

Itā€™s Korv season! Weā€™ve been making tons of korv for all our Swedish friends and had to cook up a ring for the new guys. Mikey gives this batch two thumbs up and heā€™s a Mt. Jewett native! Made with Beef, Pork, potatoes and onions and our signature traditional korv seasoning itā€™s the best there is!
