SMALL TOWN SEASONINGS
Created right here in Kane, PA.
Randy Williams, and his family, moved to Kane several years ago, from Emporia, VA. Well known for peanuts, cotton and country ham (and NASCAR driver, Elliot Sadler). Inspired by "Grampa, Mammy and Uncle Bubba", he grew up loving hand-picked, fresh-from-the-garden fruits & vegetables, hunting, fishing and family gatherings that included generations of southern cooking!

Small Town Seasonings offers 38 varieties of premium quality spice blends, seasonings and meat rubs! Great for grilling, smoking and everyday cooking. Some popular blends include: Bacon Salt, Cajun Spice, BBQ Pork Rub, White Lightening Sausage Seasoning and East Carolina BBQ. Just to name a few!

It doesn't end there though...
Randy also bakes! Straight from a 1930 Magic Chef oven that he fully restored, himself. All of his baking is done in this oven, because "it just works so much better than today's ovens".
He's known for keeping his recipes simple, with all natural ingredients, just like he was taught growing up.
You'll find him baking white bread, wheat bread, Cinnamon Raisen bread, Beer Bread, Banana Bread, Apple Bread, Cinnamon rolls, Banana Bread Cookies, and this weekend he'll be introducing his Cornbread Cake with Pecans!
