A Hidden Gem of Authentic Spain in the River Market! 🥘🦐

I cannot recommend The Paella Mix enough! I had no idea this place existed, but it is an absolute hidden gem. 💎 .mix

Chef Carlos and his wife opened it about seven months ago, and they bring their authentic Spanish culture to Kansas City in the most divine manner. 🥂

The atmosphere is incredibly charming, and the food is just as impressive. ✨

I was immediately hooked on the tapas—the patatas bravas and ensalada rusa were spectacular. 🤌

For the main course, we had the chorizo paella, which was packed with flavor and perfectly cooked. 🥘

If you’re looking for a true taste of Spain, this is the spot.

Just a heads-up on their schedule:

they are primarily open for lunch, but they do offer a special dinner service two nights a week on Thursdays and Fridays from 5 PM to 8 PM. ⏰
