🌿✨ Calming Tea Blend ✨🌿

If today has you feeling a little tense or "on edge," you're not alone. I mixed a soothing herbal blend this afternoon using our freeze-dried chamomile, lemon balm, mint, lavender, and ginger -- and it's exactly the kind of comfort your nervous system will thank you for.

This one is gentle, grounding, and perfect hot or poured over ice.

🫖 How to make it:
🌼 1 tsp chamomile — helps your whole system relax
🍋 1 tsp lemon balm — eases tension and quiets the mind
🌱 1/2 tsp peppermint or spearmint — adds clarity without overstimulating
💜 A pinch of lavender — softens jaw and neck tightness
🫚 A few slices of ginger (or 1/4 tsp dried) — warms and grounds the body
💧 Pour over hot water
⏳ Steep covered 7–10 minutes
❄️ Enjoy warm or let it cool and pour over ice

🎁 A Little Winter Magic from Our Farm!

Sharing another special mix, we couldn’t resist creating. Just think of a chocolate mint patty in a cup.

🌿🍫Vanilla Mint Cocoa Herbal Tea

This cozy blend features:
✨ Our freeze-dried chocolate mint
✨ 100% organic cacao powder
✨ 100% organic Madagascar vanilla bean powder from Vanilla Bean Project

It’s a two-part tea mix with simple directions:
1️⃣ Mint first – Steep 1–2 teaspoons of freeze-dried mint in 8 oz of hot water. Cover and steep for 5 minutes. This gives the mint time to release its essential oils and aroma without interference.
2️⃣ Remove mint - Stir in 1–2 teaspoons of the cacao-vanilla mix from the second pouch.

Sweeten or add milk if desired.

Just wrapped up a batch of candied almonds, walnuts, and pecans. I made a spiced version too, using our own Super Cayenne pepper.

They turned out so well, they may just make the farmstand in 2026. For now, they're headed into the Christmas baskets we're putting together for family.

A gentle blend of homegrown and freeze‑dried chamomile, lemon balm, lavender, spearmint, rose petals, and apple is the perfect gift for my granddaughter this holiday season. Claire has always been a child of the garden, the kind who finds wonder in petals and leaves.

❄️ The cold snap caught us early this year! Because of the below‑freezing temps, we haven’t been able to keep the farmstand open since last Wednesday.

🥚 We do still have farm‑fresh eggs and handcrafted goods available for pick‑up or local delivery — I’ll be posting items here so you can stock up.
