This amazing salad is the result of Hydroponic Hut Salad greens and sprouts 🤤 Their custom sesame dressing and some of 5-0 Farm chicken cooked on the rotisserie by Farmer Mia. Nutritious, Delicious and 💯 percent healthy. I have cut out all processed foods, soy and any inflammatory foods from my life (same with people lol). This collab checks all my boxes and is perfect for these hot humid days.

Yellow Fruit that is ripe please. These are being used for hand crafted syrups and drinks right here on the East side of Big Island. We had an amazing supplier last year and are looking for more fruit this year.

Falling. coconuts are dangerous! Even the Large fronds can seriously injur or kill a person.
Eash of these large coconuts weighs over 4lbs and some up to 7pounds. the weight of a bunch can be 150 lbs. The tree is about 40’ tall. Imagine the force! The fronds are over 10” long amd weigh im the neighborhood of 20lbs

On May 12 a dear client and friend gifted us some BIG 3+ year old asparagus crowns

i put together a couple of deep beds and got them put in. its hard to get good photos of them but holy smokes! the ferns shot up while i was away farm sitting. From under ground root ball to 3+ feet tall ferns and already producing spears 🥰

Sorry guys! it was not done making its floss yet so no follow up video til I find one

this coconut is old enough that it has started to sprout and grow a new coconut tree. I am glad Crystal Driggers reminded me that theres a third option.

Some folks call what is inside this coconut Fairy Floss, some folks call it a cotton candy coconut or Coconut sponge cake. This option is the one that folks love or hate lol. the texture is weird and the flavor is not purely coconut 🤔 imo.

High Desert Farmstead said that when they have coconut, they take the water out before opening the nut. You do this by puncturing one of the 3 eyes on the nut. There is ALWAYS one eye thats much softer than the other two. Great design don’t you think? Eventually the coconut will sprout through that softer eye like this one has.

I will open this guy and post a video so you guys can see the coconut that was reserved for Royalty
