Straight from the tree to the bottle.

Our macadamia nut oil is virgin-pressed and processed by us right here on Island.

Virgin-pressed oil is made by physically pressing the oil out of the nut rather than using high heat, chemical extraction, or additional refining to produce it. It’s a more minimal process that keeps the oil closer to its original state, preserving its natural flavor, aroma, color, and naturally occurring compounds.

From our farm to your kitchen. Come stop by Mahina Mele Market and grab a bottle!

4-Ingredient chocolate macadamia nut bark
If you’ve never tried frozen macadamia nuts, you’re missing out. 😋

They’re buttery, crunchy, and make the ultimate yogurt topper.
Bonus: unlike frozen grapes, you can bite right in, no waiting around for them to soften.

You’ll need:
• 1 cup chocolate chips (we used Lily's)
• 2 tbsp coconut oil
• 2 cups of
• Sea Salt (our favorite is Kona Salt Farm by Sea Salts of Hawaii)

Directions:
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil together (about 5 minutes on the stove).
Stir in the macadamia nuts until evenly coated.
Spread onto a parchment-lined tray.
Sprinkle with salt

Freeze for at least 20 minutes, then break into pieces and enjoy!

Tag us if you try it!

Waxy, shiny leaves are happy leaves. 🌿✨

One of the first things we look for when walking through our coffee orchard is the leaves.

Healthy coffee trees produce deep green, glossy leaves with a natural waxy finish. That shine helps protect the leaf, retain moisture, and support photosynthesis, but it’s also a visible sign that the tree is thriving.

So how do we get there?

It starts with the soil.

Rather than relying on synthetic fertilizers, we care for our trees using Certified Organic practices and Hawaiian Natural Farming methods. By feeding the soil with natural inputs and encouraging a thriving ecosystem of beneficial microorganisms and fungi, we help the trees access the nutrients they need naturally.

Healthy, living soil grows resilient trees. Resilient trees produce vibrant leaves, sweeter coffee cherries, and ultimately a better cup of Kona coffee.

When you see those glossy leaves, you’re seeing the result of years of caring for the land, not just the crop. 🌱
