3 years in the making. This is a test batch of ripe Serrano and super chilies pepper sauce. So far it exceeds all my expectations. This may become another item available from Paleo Sauce. The first 3 people to comment "want" will get bottles mailed to them. All I ask is for hones feedback on how they like it.

We're thinking of adding dry seasonings and possibly rubs to the store. we currently have a Taco Seasoning and an Apple Smoked Pepper Seasoning mix. Does anyone have something they'd like to see?

New batches of Green Meanie and Phantom Heat are now available. We also have Orange Lava and The Original available too. For details just message us.
The Original is a great all purpose sauce. A perfect replacement for ketchup but with much more flavor.
Green Meanie is our mildest hot sauce but still packs a spicy bite.
Orange Lava is our Habanero Sauce. Tons of flavor and heat.
Phantom Heat is our hottest sauce. A mix of ghost peppers and habaneros, with some honey for sweetness.

All new batches are coming out and will be ready for shipping soon. Our Phantom heat sauce has really been hot (pun intended) and has generated a lot of interest. We are also working on a spicy BBQ sauce due to many asking for it. Anyone interested in ordering please let us know. We hope everyone has had a great Spring and has an even better Summer.

We have finally decided on a name for our ghost sauce. Phantom Heat. Labels will be made soon and it will be available immediately after. Congrats to Mandy on submitting the winning name. Your bottle will be on its way as soon as they are labeled.

We are extending the time to submit a new name for our ghost pepper sauce. Still trying to find the right one. They do have to be family friendly. If you have any thoughts on one send it in. Oct. 1st will be the final day. The sauce is bottled and waiting on a name so we can label it!
